The Pacific Inn has agreed that it will be permissible for players to bring their own food (e.g. sandwiches) for between rounds. Please do not leave a mess.
Several options are about five minutes drive north on King George Blvd. Also, Morgan Crossing is about a seven minute drive with tons of food options.
White Rock Beach is a few minutes drive away, so you can stroll the promenade or walk down the pier between rounds, and enjoy fish and chips or ice cream in the sunshine!
Parents
At several tournaments over the last few years, some young players have left a mess in the bathrooms; this can seriously hamper negotiations with hotels when planning future chess tournaments. Please ensure that your children are using the facilities appropriately. Thank you so much for your help.
